In good condition. Please see the photos - they form part of the description.

Light minor scuffing & shelf wear to the covers. There is a very small crease to the bottom corner of the front cover & the top corner of the back cover. The binding is excellent. The pages are yellowing at the edges a tiny bit due to age. There is a faint crease to a few pages & a very small crease to the top corner of the last few pages. The pages are clean. No torn or missing pages. 

This is a used item to be sold "as is". I have described it as well as I can.
