In very good condition. Please see the photos - they form part of the description.

Very minor light scuffing & shelf wear to the covers. There is a tiny crease to the bottom corner of the front cover. The binding is excellent. The pages are yellowing a little due to age. The pages are clean. No creased, torn or missing pages.
