The pen looks to be some model of Sheaffer fountain pen, however the pocket clip is missing and so I cannot confirm for sure that it is. The nib was tested and is in fact 14k gold.

The cap has a big crack at the band, however the threads still go on properly.

It needs a new ink bladder.
