We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day after payment is received. We will update the tracking once your order is dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery of your order will take place Monday - Friday.

Small items - deliveries are sent via our preferred couriers DX or Royal Mail. This is a 1-2 working day delivery option.

Mid-Range and some of our higher-range items will ship via a DX-2 Man service and arrive in 3-5 working days. Once the item has been collected from our warehouse you will receive a text message within 1-2 days with a delivery date. The day before delivery, they will provide you with a time slot and will confirm this again on the day of delivery so you know when they will deliver your order.

Heavy and Bulky items will be delivered on a pallet by Palletways, who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day/time to deliver. This can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive and is a kerbside delivery only. Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety regulations, the driver will not be able to remove the item from the pallet. Wherever possible Palletways will provide you with a 2-hour timeslot on the day.

The delivery can only take place within the estimated time if the courier can contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date, so it's important that we have the most up to date delivery address and mobile number at the time of placing your order.  Having this ensures that we can dispatch your order and be confident that it will reach you within the promised delivery date.

If you are a consumer, then for most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in our Terms of Purchase on our company website.

If you wish to make a return and end your contract with us, please let us know by emailing us directly via eBay and we will contact you to arrange this.

Please provide your Order Number, Name, Home Address, Postcode, details of what you ordered, what the problem is and the best way to contact you as this will speed up the process.

Faulty Item

If the item you have purchased arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will need a picture of the product damage including the packaging if this is visibly damaged. Once we have this information from you, we will investigate the problem and aim to resolve it within 48 hours.

Incorrect Item

In the unlikely event of an item being incorrect due to an error on our part, we will ask you for a picture of the item and the dispatch note. We will dispatch the correct item within 24 hours whenever possible.

We know when you buy fitness equipment, you want it to last you for years to come. We provide 2 YEARS WARRANTY as standard on every purchase of a 'NEW' product, so you have the peace of mind knowing we've got your back. You will be given the opportunity to register your warranty with us when you receive your order which will give you access to a wide range of features such as spare parts and repairs, as well as allowing us to provide expert tailored advice on your products should you need it.

We provide 12 MONTHS WARRANTY on every item which is 'Refurbished' regardless of the grade.

ITEM GRADING 'NEW OTHER'

Customers return products for a variety of reasons, but whatever the reason, these items cannot be sold as new. In a bid to reduce waste Exercise are selling our returned items through our Grading System. A key benefit to buying our Graded products is the price; these items will have at least 30% off RRP!

All of our returned products undergo a thorough Quality Control check by our expert engineers, to ensure that when something reaches you, we are confident it is in full working order and more importantly, you will be happy with your purchase. Each item goes through our classification process and should reach you as described. Wherever possible we will reuse packaging, be mindful the box may be slightly damage, but this should not affect the product inside. Most products are shipped in a box but sometimes, due to QC processes, it will be pre-assembled and ready to use. All parts are original, and images are for illustrative purposes only.

All Refurbished products are supplied with 12-month warranty included.
