Original 1986 Soviet Latvian SSR Honour Certificate (Goda Raksts / Почетная Грамота) presented in its original hard presentation folder with protective plastic certificate holder.

The certificate was awarded by the Executive Committee of the Ludza District Council of People’s Deputies on 24 July 1986 to Jānis Pavlovskis, a construction worker (builder), for outstanding production achievements in connection with Builder’s Day.
