Vintage Ceramic Geisha Head Pomander. 

Has holes in hair to release scent and a plug in underside to change scent beads or whatever you put in her.

Plug on underside has a sticker that reads "FRED ROBERTS CO - SAN FRANCISCO- JAPAN"

Approximately 2.5 inches tall.  Has gold colored thread for hanging in closet or wherever. 

HAS DAMAGE - SEE ALL PICS AND READ FULL DESCRIPTION.  She has multiple chips.  One one her nose.  Several on her hair.  A larger one near base where her shoulder would be.  Stains on underside.  Old scent still inside - you can try remove it if you like.
