  This is a framed piece from an actual 1938 Babar children’s book and NOT a reproduction. One (1) framed illustration from a page of the 1938 Random House edition of “Babar and His Children” by Jean De Brunhoff. Illustration printed front and back on aged vintage paper. This frame is 5” x 6.5" and features a charming Babar early illustration with the soft, nostalgic colors that make the Babar series beloved by all. 

The illustration from 1938 is in great condition and the frame is also in very good condition; Note: the frame is typically upcycled and may show some wear from prior use. From a clean, non-smoking home. Please see photos.
