This doll and fish are loose inside, the stickers on top seem to be unstuck, but the cord is still tied.So it doesn't look opened but I'm not sure and I'm listing it as used.It might need new batteries or maybe have to clean the battery compartment, because this is years old.The doll looks very nice, fun for a young girl to play with.
