This Nikon microscope integrated with an NT-MDT AFM system was purchased as a fully operational setup from a working laboratory environment.

All optics appear clean, clear, and free of visible scratches upon inspection. All observable microscope functions tested on the scope operated as expected. Everything shown in the photos is included in this sale.

During our recent warehouse move and inventory purge, a very important box containing the AFM controller and control computer was unfortunately lost. Because those critical components are missing, we are unable to fully test AFM functionality and must sell this system as FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING.

The system was inspected by an AFM specialist who stated that all major mechanical and optical components appear intact.
