This is a fantastic looking Rolex women's 26mm Oyster Perpetual Datejust automatic watch, reference number 69174. It has an 9374079 serial number, which places its manufacture date at 1987. It comes with the custom diamond bezel and beautiful Rolex custom black dial as shown.

It did not come with Rolex box or papers, but is 100% guaranteed authentic and accurate as described.  

It is as follows:

CASE: 26mm (not including the crown) stainless steel case, with Rolex signed crown and custom diamond bezel. It has a scratch-resistant crystal, but as stated above it has some scratches/chips along the edge. If you want this replaced before shipment, let me know and I will get you a quote.

BRACELET/STRAP: Original Rolex signed stainless steel "Jubilee" bracelet shown with Rolex fold-over clasp. It looks amazing as shown. It will fit 6 5/8 inch wrists when fully extended. It looks tremendous on the wrist. As stated above, you won't find many bracelets of this era this tight. 

DIAL: GORGEOUS custom refinished Rolex black dial with: silver hour, minute and sweep second hands; with date at h3. 

MOVEMENT: Rolex automatic movement, Calibre 2135. It features: hours; minutes; seconds; and date. This is a "quick-set", which means the date can be set independently without having the hour hand pass midnight. It is running, but has not been professionally timed. Given its age, I would assume it needs to be serviced.
