Excellent, clean condition. No stains. No holes. There are a few stitches missing at the right armpit area (see last picture). Not sure if it came like this from the manufacturer. There may be a few areas where the embroidery has been lightly snagged....but nothing severe where things have become unraveled. 

Waist is smocked and stretches to about 26 inches.

I take my measurements with the item flat on a hard, level surface. The garments are not stretched or pulled. I smooth out the item just enough to remove any large creases or folds in the fabric. These measurement pictures are just an approximation. Please also use your own experience with specific brands to determine if it will fit you.
