This is a lovely Vintage Novelty Sterling silver MERMAID vesta Stamped 925 STERLING and London Import marks for 1991.

Condition is very good, it opens and snaps shut well, the hallmarks are good, some surface scratches, a few small dings , and usual wear commensurate of age and use.
