Mega Man X5 PAL disc for the PlayStation 1, with a reproduction case + cover as an added bonus (repro front inlay only). See pictures. Disc is in pretty good condition apart from some marks from being cleaned.

I have played the heck out of this game, disc definitely works. Sadly I've lost the case for it some time ago!
