This pretty gross looking fellow is made of rubbery pvc type plastic.

Just under 3 inches tall.   

He is missing some paint- see pictures.  He shows wear.

My understanding is that this was from the Worlds of Wonder Germ series of toys - but was sent as a promo item to Dr's offices advertising a medication.
