Apportioned license plates are used by commercial motor vehicles that operate across state or provincial borders. Issued under the International Registration Plan (IRP), these plates allow trucking companies & fleet operators to pay registration fees based on the percentage of miles driven in each jurisdiction.

A recent estate find, it measures aprx 6" x 12".

Visually it appears to be in nice original condition showing light wear (see pics).
