9 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches. 5 pages. The original light green wrap. Staple bound. The wrap shows some minor soiling, with a small dent at the bottom of the spine. There is creasing to both the wrap and contents, some rust on the staples, and a split at the bottom of the gutter between pages 4 and 5.
