Here is a 45 page paperback booklet titled "Patent Foods and Patent Medicines: Two Lectures" by Robert Hutchison, M.D., F.R.C.P. Assistant Physician to the London Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street. Published by John Bale, Sons & Danielsson Limited, Oxford House, 83-91, Great Titchfield Street, Oxford Street, W. London. 1904. Signed "From the author" at the top of the title page. 

Measuring 7 1/4 by 4 3/4 inches, paperback with a thin purple card wrap. It contains 45 pages: 1 page of Preface, followed by Lecture I on Patent Foods (31 pages) and Lecture II (14 pages). The card wrap shows some creasing. During printing, a small amount of excess glue has transferred onto the gutter edge of the title page. This has caused the gutter to be slightly uneven, with a small circular spot of paper adhesion. There is a slight gutter pull between pages 16 and 17. There are occasional faint creases/crinkles from page turning.There is a small fox at the bottom edge of the preface and the following page, but otherwise the contents is clean.
