Shipping
- We will ship from FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, SpeedPAK.
- Items usually ship within 10 business days.
- Depending on the region or Items, we may not be able to ship, and additional shipping fees and additional delivery days may apply. In that case, we will contact you by message.
- We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
- Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
- If you purchase multiple items and do not request otherwise, we will ship the items combined.
- Please verify compatibility before purchasing. If you request a return due to incompatibility without having verified compatibility beforehand, the return will be at the buyer responsibility.
- Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts. Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Note to International Buyers
For shipments to the United States, Incoterms are set to DDP by regulation, so customs duties are included in the shipping cost.
For shipments to other countries, Incoterms are set to DDU, customs duties are not included in the shipping cost.
Taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
