The locomotive has been tested and functions well. It comes with the original ROCO box and foam insert as shown in the photos.

The black/gray body paint, red wheels/running gear, side rods, separate tender, wheels, couplers, and undercarriage present nicely overall. Original ROCO box and foam insert are included. The box shows visible shelf wear, edge wear, scuffs, clear window wear, creasing, tape, and general storage wear from age.
