incredible vintage wedding gown worn in 1955 AND 2015. This gown was worn by grandma and granddaughter. Grandma recently passed and granddaughter wanted to downsize, she expressed a desire to see another bride love and use the dress.
What is so cool is that this dress has been professionally restored/repaired by a bridal boutique for a more modern size, including fixing a few areas and making the shoulders a bit looser and easier to move in! Comes with Crinolin (not origjnal) and the original veil which was turned into a comb fixture.
All edits or flaws I have found are pictured, mostly just repairs to lace or adding panels in the shoulders for more movement. Some minor areas where the lace is worn again and a repaired tear in the back. I would recommend getting this cleaned as there is some general scuffing and staining along the bottom from the last wedding, however it is not extreme and probably would go unnoticed if worn as is! I did check the skirt for stains and didn't find aby, but keep in mind there is A LOT of skirt and I could have missed spots.
Measurements taken flat and in inches.
Shoulders: 16
Chest: 19 pit to pit with more room due the bust structure
Waist: 15
Hips: free
Length back 83
Length front: 71
