On close inspection, crazing, discoloration, and surface wear are present which is expected and consistent with age. See images.The wide, flow blue/cobalt area of the plate features gold embellishments, and the beautiful portrait has raised paint on the dress/flowers. The manufacturer's stamp is seen on the back as are ***holes for hanging***. Perfect displayed on a stand or hung on the wall.  The  dark line  seen on  the back  is  just   darkening  from  hanging  from decades  with a  string.  not a crack
