Professional Installation Tips
Allow the engine and exhaust system to fully cool down for at least 1–2 hours before disassembly to prevent high-temperature burns.
Remove the original rusted exhaust assembly and thoroughly clean carbon, rust and old gasket residue off all cylinder head & pipe flange surfaces.
Place brand-new sealing gaskets between all pipe joint flanges, tighten all clamps and mounting bolts evenly to avoid exhaust gas leakage.
Adjust exhaust rubber hangers to prevent metal friction between exhaust pipes, fuel tank and chassis frame to eliminate vibration rattling.
After assembly, start the vehicle and complete a short test drive to inspect for exhaust leaks, abnormal rattling or excessive exhaust noise.
Professional mechanic installation is recommended for optimal sealing and fitment results.
