Step 1: Clean the bowl. Use the spoon to take out two or three spoons of matcha from the container and sift into the bowl.

Step 2: Mix the matcha powder in the hot water with a whisk, quickly stir in an zig-zag motion until foaming and get fine and dense foam. If you want, you can add some steamed milk or sweetener.

Step 3: After use it, you can rinse them under warm or cold water, gently wipe the rest powder, pat the additional water.
