Built as a headline feature for the 2008 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, this custom Plymouth 'Cuda known as "Conviction Cuda" represents a no-compromise interpretation of the pro-touring movement, built around hand-formed steel bodywork, modern Hemi power, and show-quality finishing. Nearly every exterior surface was reshaped in metal, with features that include a molded rear spoiler, custom hood with factory-inspired nostrils, flush-mounted glass, shaved door handles, smoothed drip rails, fabricated front and rear valences, and a custom rear panel housing hand-built LED taillights. The body is finished in PPG Silver Star and Vibrant Purfect Purple, highlighted by a hand-painted strobe stripe created through layered airbrush and pinstriping techniques. Power comes from an Arrington-built 6.1L Hemi producing more than 525 horsepower, paired with a Holley Sniper EFI system and Tremec TKO500 5-speed manual transmission, sending power to a Chrysler 8.75" rear end. A torsion-bar front suspension, 4-link rear with coilovers, four-wheel Baer brakes, and stainless dual exhaust support the car's performance, while polished Bonspeed wheels wrapped in Nitto tires complete the stance. Inside, a fully tailored cabin features reupholstered C6 Corvette bucket seats, custom door panels, a custom center console with pistol-grip shifter, AutoMeter gauges, power windows, air conditioning, and an Alpine AM/FM/CD head unit paired with a powerful Kicker sound system, rounding out a fully realized, SEMA-built pro-touring machine.
