Domestic:

We offer free priority FedEx shipping on all US orders.

Once payment is received, we ship orders within 1-2 business days.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

International:

Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout, and orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipments crossing international borders are generally subject to customs regulations and duties.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

As per new US tariff policies, international returns may be subject to a deduction for tariffs and/or duties.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any return must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we will not accept it.

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

For international returns, any return shipping costs, customs fees, and/or taxes will be the buyer's responsibility.

Every Greenleaf & Crosby pre-owned watch passes through rigorous testing. We offer a one-year warranty for internal mechanical issues, if the original manufacturer's warranty on the watch no longer applies.

Importantly, our warranty covers manufacturing defects that impact the mechanical functioning of the watch; we do not cover cosmetic defects, water damage, or damage as a result of misuse (e.g., impact damage). Eligibility to process a warranty claim is determined at our discretion.
