He is approximately 2.5 inches tall.  Kneeling St Joseph or maybe an older shepherd.

No maker's mark - has number impressed 2 on back near base.  No country of origin mark. 

This is an older piece.  Maybe 1920s or earlier?  Not sure on that- since he doesn't have a country of origin mark.  I DO NOT KNOW THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.
