RETURNS
- We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of checkout.
- Contact us via the eBay messaging form to arrange the return of your item and we then send you the full returns details.
- Refunds will only be issued once item has been received and we always advise customers to keep any receipts as proof of return.
- For faulty goods : Please send us a message through eBay initially. Then we will ask you to send the item(s) back to us, so that we can check it. We will then refund you the cost of the item and return postage through PayPal (proof of postage cost must be provided).
- Returns for unwanted goods : Buyer(s) must return goods at their own expense, and item(s) must come back in the original box and unused condition, in which they were sent by us. We will refund only the cost of item, not postage paid.
