The box these placemats are in has a tear (near the top) and some tape rip (on the sides), but the 

placemats and coasters both look unused. The pictures are identical on each of the placemats.

No real condition issue on these. Placemats are approx. 8 1/2" tall and 11 1/2" wide. Coasters are 

approx. 4" square. Same design on the front of both, but the coasters, of course, don't show the 

whole "sleeping cat" design shown on the placemats, due to the coasters being square.
