To make a claim, contact us via eBay Messages with your order number and clear photos of the issue. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Important Notes

  • Shipping creases: Minor creases from folding or rolling during transit are normal. Lay the liner flat for 1–2 days or place in the sun briefly to restore its shape.
