This is a Papa and Mama brand cotton mid-length Dashiki-style African print tunic. It's a light-to-midweight blue cotton fabric with lots of decorating at the shoulders, along the side seams and in the center of both the front and back. It measures 25" at the armpits and 43" long measured in the back from the neck to the hem and has pockets at the side seams. The sleeves don't have a seam at the shoulder and they're short. It seems to be a loose Ladies M to L or a less loose Men's S to M.
