Up for sale here is this used paper circle hole cutter. This is in good used condition and is guaranteed to work for you. NOTE: There is some light wear from storage and use. There is a bunch of little paper circles inside, I am not sure on how to remove them. They do look cool inside the tool, however. Please see my pictures for more details.
