This is factory sealed, but this is a vintage item, decades, old, so the packaging has yellowed, and the pull tab to demo the guitar was removed, the demo sound no longer works, and because this is a vintage item and it's unopened I don't know what the battery compartment looks like, this is sold as a piece of memorabilia only, may or may not still work, sold as is.
