Old gears have been replaced with new Walthers Replacement Gears 920-584408 and XL Gear 100% synthetic oil which is extremely stable and creates a thin film will protect gears and will not sling off; also plastic compatible applied. 

Kadee couplers have also been installed to replace the factory plastic ones.
