This highly detailed kit represents the launch vehicle used during NASA's historic Mercury program, including the missions flown by John Glenn, Scott Carpenter, Wally Schirra and Gordon Cooper. The kit includes parts and decals to build multiple Mercury-Atlas mission configurations, finely engraved panel lines, separate fuel and pressure lines, display stand, photo-etched detail parts and high-quality waterslide decals.

Manufactured in Australia by Horizon Models and officially licensed by Boeing and Lockheed Martin. The contents remain factory sealed in their original bags and include the instruction booklet, decals and photo-etch sheet. Box shows some storage wear as shown in the photos.
