This is the vintage Pelikan Old Style R400 Green Stripe rollerball pen.

The R400 is part of Pelikan’s renowned Souverän series. It features the classic combination of a green striped barrel, black cap, and gold colored trim, creating the elegant and timeless appearance for which Pelikan is known. The compact size of the 400 series makes it comfortable for everyday use while maintaining a refined presence.
