Card Condition and Storage

• Foil Curling Disclaimer (Trading Cards) — Foil cards may naturally curl due to manufacturing process and humidity. This is a known factory characteristic and not considered damage or a defect.
• We do not guarantee specific grades (e.g. PSA 10).

Collectibles & Non-Card Items

• Playmats, plush, blind boxes, coins and other collectibles may have minor packaging imperfections (small dents, creases, shelf wear) from manufacturing, storage, or transport.
• All collectibles are packed in protective packaging suited to the item — padded mailers, bubble wrap, or boxed as required.
• Blind boxes are sold sealed; figure variants are determined by the manufacturer and not guaranteed.

Shipping Details

• Orders placed before 1pm AEST ship the same business day.
• Default postage on single cards is standard letter (untracked). Delivery is handled by Australia Post and minor delays may occasionally occur.
• Tracked options available at checkout: Tracked Letter $6 or Tracked Parcel $9. We recommend tracking for any order you want delivery confirmation on.
• All orders $20 AUD and over are shipped with tracking automatically.
• Cards are sleeved and protected: Penny sleeve → Top loader → Team bag → Padded envelope (or bubble mailer for higher-value orders).
