Shipping & Handling:

• Shipping Method: All orders will be shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS to regions including the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, and others. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days.

• Remote Areas: A surcharge of $25 applies for shipping to remote areas. If you wish to avoid this surcharge, we can send the product via China Post, which typically takes 30 days for delivery.

• Handling Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding Chinese holidays.

Warranty & Returns Policy:

• We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in brand-new condition.

• If no quality issues are found, the return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.

• In case of product defects, please send clear photos or videos to document the issue. We may request that defective items be destroyed before issuing a replacement.

• Replacement shipping: Typically via China Post (30 days), or DHL (3-5 days) for an additional $35 shipping charge.
