​Fabric: A soft cream/tan calico background covered in a sweet, tiny all-over pattern of miniature red hearts.

​Neckline: Features a gorgeous, oversized statement collar made of wide white lace, accented by a small red ribbon bow at the center.

​Sleeves: Short puff sleeves with comfortable gathered, ruffled cuffs.

​Waist & Silhouette: A high-waisted gathered skirt with matching fabric sash ties attached at the sides that tie neatly in the back to adjust the fit.

​Hemline: The full skirt is beautifully finished with a bright red zig-zag rick-rack trim running all the way around the bottom edge.
