1. Please charge your earbuds in the case for at least 20 minutes before pairing with your earbuds.

2. If you have your old case, please make sure the lid is closed and away from the the replacement case when pairing earbuds with the replacement case.

3. We have noticed on Pro 3 charging cases, the light on the front isn't always as prominent when pairing, please listen for the beeps/sounds.
