Brand New without Tags, it does have a retail bag. This is a Factory Seconds, in that there is what looks like a blue ink/pen mark on the back of the left arm area. (See images) There is also a long dark mark on the back of the T-Shirt which i think may be dust/dirt of some kind, looks like it should clean off. (See images)
