This very large playset is in good pre owned condition. Artwork looks great. Does have quite a bit of yellowing on the white frame pieces. Have not tried to lighten them, only cleaned with disinfectant wipes. Minimal signs of wear from regular play. No noticeable flaws in structure. It is missing a few small pieces:

1. Doll attachment for the bridge

2. Red locker gold lock

3. Hair brush

4. Hand mirror

5. Shoes

6. 3 clips for doll holder
