Family owned since new, farther and son in time warp condition having been garaged and being Ziebart from new. Supplied new by Four Point Garage in Feltham Middlesex and registered on the 1st of December 1981.
This is a special edition Carousel model and is one of the final incarnations of Ford’s iconic Cortina Mk5.
Finished in original Forest green over Crystal green with green Yorke fabric upholstery. Fitted with the trustworthy 1600 OHC engine coupled with a 4 speed manual transmission gearbox.
Well cared for example, comes supplied with an impressive fully documented service history portfolio including the original vehicle sales invoice, large file of service receipts of work carried out over the years, Ziebart rustproof guarantee and manual. Old V5's and tax discs including all previous MOT certificates backing up the genuine low mileage. 2 x original Ford keys with a newer key that has been cut to save the old ones. Original supplying dealer number plates and rear screen sticker remain.
Registered with as a 'Historic Vehicle', meaning exempt from MOT and Nil value Historic tax qualifying.
MOT expired on the 11th of September 2022.
