Brand New with Tags but these shorts are a factory Seconds, this means a fault was spotted from the manufacturing process. The fault is that the stitching along the right inside leg is loose which causes a hole. This can be fixed quite easily as the seam just needs to be stitched/sewn back together. (See images). The seam hole is roughly about the size of the end of a finger to poke through, just to give a picture of the stitching required.
