This is a new, unused 5cm wide BullyBillows collar, taken from excess stock in my pet supplies store in Hemel Hempstead (Choice Pet Supplies). This is suitable for powerful dogs with a neck size between 45 and 66cm. It has strong stainless steel fixings, a neoprene lining, and a grab handle for close control.
