Cinnamon is a spice made from the inner bark of trees called Cinnamon. When the bark dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls, called cinnamon sticks. The sticks can be ground to form cinnamon powder.

Its scent is uniquely warming, uplifting, and stimulating, and its flavour sweet and delicious, hence the flavour and aroma have been utilized in countless confectionaries, baked goods, perfumes, cosmetics, beverages, and cordials.
