Air suspension system
working principle:
Air suspension relies on compressed air to support the weight of the vehicle and adjust the ride height of the vehicle. Utilizing air springs and sophisticated control systems, the air suspension allows the driver to adjust the height of the vehicle to suit various road conditions or load requirements, providing a smoother and more comfortable ride as well as better driving power and passenger comfort.
Function:
(1) When running, the height of the car body can be adjusted automatically.
(2) It can improve the smooth stability of the vehicle
(3) When the vehicle has partial load, the car can maintain comfort;
(4) Improve ride comfort and effectively reduce noise level
(5) Reduce the amount of wheel wear on the road
(6) Keep vehicle height constant to ensure consistent lighting and improve visibility.
(7) The spring rate changes less, thus reducing the dynamic load and improving the stability.
(8) When cornering at high speed, it can reduce the roll of the car body
(9) Reduce body inertia forward roll during emergency braking.
