What is this tool used for?
A smart wire stripper with built-in voltage detection. Helps electricians and DIYers: strip, cut, crimp, wind wires; detect live wires before cutting; distinguish hot/neutral wires; test continuity. One tool for most jobs.
How do I use the voltage correctly?
Always touch the metal plate at the end of the handle with your bare hand during testing. Do not touch any other metal parts – this ensures accurate detection and prevents electric shock.
What do the lights and sounds mean?
No voltage → No light, no sound ✓ Safe
Low voltage → Green light only
High voltage (live wire) → Green light + Alarm STOP
Why does the green light turn on near an appliance without touching it?
This is electric field induction – a normal phenomenon. The tool is sensitive to electromagnetic fields. Move away and the light will turn off. This does NOT mean a live wire is detected.
Why does the green light turn on when I touch both metal parts?
This is normal. When you touch the metal plate and another metal part at the same time, the tool completes a circuit and the green light turns on. This does NOT mean a live wire is detected.
