Here we have a used HONDA VF750S Front Exhaust cam shaft and followers in usable condition. 

Have a good look at the pictures for the overall condition, there are some light pits but nothing too bad especially for these items.

It will fit all years of the VF750S's from the early 1980's also known as the Sabre VF750SC.

Been in dry storage for the last 30 odds years or so.
