• Please check your address before purchase.

• We ship within 2 business days of receiving the payment.

Combined Shipping

• Please add all your items to the cart and checkout together.
• When you purchase multiple items, we will combine all shipments.
• For multiple separate orders, we do not send invoices, we will refund you the excess charge after shipping is complete.
• Separately purchased items must have the same address and eBay account ID to be eligible for combined shipping.
• When you purchase two items with different shipping costs, the higher shipping fee is the base for calculating the extra shipping charge.

[FRS] Shipping

• All items with FRS (Flat Rate Shipping) in the title ship for One Flat Fee.
• You will only pay one shipping charge no matter the quantity.
• This applies to multiple items from the same listing or different items across the entire store.
• Add all your items to cart and the discount will apply automatically.

Cancellation

• Please message us before cancellation if the reason is for minor address changes (like Apt number), we can adjust those at the shipping process.
• You can request a cancellation through eBay to start the process.
• If the item is not shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you within one business day, or when your funds are available.
• Cancellation is available only for "Buy It Now" transactions. Auction style listings, or offers accepted by the seller or the buyer, are not eligible for cancellation.

Return

• No international Returns.
• Please do not start a return before contacting us.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on eligible listings for Domestic Purchases.
• Every Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, otherwise the buyer receives a partial or no refund depending on the condition.
• Returns are not acceptable if the security tape (if applied) is removed from the item. We may deduct up to 50% of the item's value if it is returned with tampered or removed security tape.
• The buyer is responsible for the original and return's shipping cost except when the item is not as described.
• Selecting a false return reason to avoid the return's shipping cost is against eBay's policy.
• We may deduct a 10% (of item's price) for the restocking fee from all returned items.
• In the event that Item was returned to us due to an invalid address, recipient not matching the address, or item was not claimed by the buyer upon delivery, we will deduct the original and return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee from total refund sent to the buyer.

• Provided written or shown dimensions are approximate and do not constitute a guarantee of exact size.
• The used item you receive may look slightly different, but shares the same overall condition and performance.
• Fitment of the item is the Buyer's responsibility regardless of compatible models mentioned in item description.

Customer Service

• We always try to provide an honest and detailed description of the item but nobody is perfect and we may miss something in the process.
• If there is any problem with your order, please contact us first and give us a chance to resolve the issue.
• Visit your eBay account and use "Contact Seller" to receive a reply within 24 hours. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
• We will not be able to assist if an item case is opened with eBay, the item will be locked for us and we both have to wait for eBay to decide. So please use this as your last resort when you contacted us and we did not meet your expectations.

Q: How can I buy multiple items?
A: Please use the "Add to Cart" button for each item rather than "Buy It Now." Once you have all your items in the cart, proceed to checkout to pay for them together.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Yes, but you must contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the item has not yet shipped.

Q: Why don't you offer "Free Shipping"?
A: Charging for shipping actually saves you money on multiple purchases. By separating the shipping cost, we can offer lower item prices and provide combined shipping discounts at checkout.

Special Listing Codes

Q: What does [FRS] mean?
A: It stands for Flat Rate Shipping. You only pay one shipping fee for your entire order, regardless of how many items you buy. All items must have FRS included in the title.

Q: What do [1PC] or [2PCS] mean?
A: These indicate the quantity per unit.
[1PC]: You receive 1 item per order.
[2PCS]: You receive 2 items for every 1 unit ordered (e.g. ordering a quantity of 2 gets you 4 pieces total). Taxes
