Board has been FULLY tested in a LIVE environment including network. NO blown caps (ALL have been checked). EVERY port and slot has been visually and operationally checked. comes as pictured with pictured accessories and cables NOTHING else.If its not in the pictures it does NOT come with it !

#2 I get these boards and they have sometimes been sitting for days/months/years as well as they may be lisited for long periods of time before they actually sell. Sometimes the boards MAY need a new cmos battery (CR2032) they are cheap and easy to install if needed. Most of the time the board just needs to be run for a couple days so it self charges the battery. I do NOT warranty or guarantee the batteries on these.
